Fiberglass laminate ( also known as GRP) is in fact a composite material consisting both of glass fabric, which provides structural strength, and plastic resin, which serves as the binding agent that allows the otherwise floppy fabric to maintain a fixed molded shape. The resin, not surprisingly, is just as important as the fabric in determining the qualities of any laminate. For our projects we use the versatile and popular polyester resins.
Our expertise is in in‐situ installationof FRP on the roof of marine installations to ensure waterproofing on the existing decks. Solution is extremely quick and reliable without removal of any of the ancilliary installations on the deck.
